How to contact MMA

You can contact us by telephone on 01685 377818 or via the liva chat facility if we are currently open.

Contact a spotter

You can contact a spotter about any vehicle via the auction lists. View the auction lists, click on a vehicle to see more information and there is then an option to contact a spotter.


How to register online

You can register on our website to view more information about any of our vehicles or to keep up to date with future auction listsings. Registration is simple and only takes a few minutes, register here.

You ask for an invoice address when registering, why is this?

We ask for an invoice address when registering to speed up the process when you bid online or on the telephone; the invoice address is used when you purchase an item and will be the details used for a V5 log book. The invoice address can be different from your private address registered to your account.


Deposits & Payments

A deposit is required to secure any lot purchased by "Buy it Now" or the auction process.
The balance can be paid by bank transfer, cash, most debit/credit cards (excluding American Express) in person only (we do not take card payments over the phone) within 24 hours of purchase.
Full Payment can be made in person using a credit / debit card (excluding American Express) by the payment deadline. We cannot take full payment via card over the telephone. If you choose to chip and pin in person, the card must be in your name. We cannot accept chip and pin payments in person using a card not registered to you, including business cards. The payment card MUST be in the name of the person completing the chip and pin payment.
